I also have a birth date and death date for Sallie. I didn't have that before. I see that she is buried in Cornelious cemetery in orange springs, with headstone and that she was mulatto. I plan to pull her birth and death certificate, at least try. Hopefully her mother and/or father is listed and confirm where she was born. The same goes for Bluit. I have a lot of info regarding names of sibling and their children and some grandchildren. What do you have? Are you a Cail? If so what is your relation? I am a McDonald and many of my relatives are in that cemetery. I remember seeing Cales when I visited several years ago. I haven't looked at this line in a while. I just looked at my database quickly and I see Amy Cail had 3 children. One was James Brown. He married at least 3 times. I think 2 of his daughters are related to my line (Amy and Clara). Thre are lots of James Browns. Also my Sarah McDonald had a daughter Leona who married a James Brown. Cant recall if he was Jr. Another McDonald-Doretha also married a James Brown. I haven't compared info on these James. I think I have a death certificate for another of my Sarah McDonald who was listed with Amy Sr. on a census as a granddaughter. If I rcall Sarah died young and very oddly no mother was listed on her birth certificate. It may be that some of these were "outside" children. Keep me posted. I need HELP in locating birth records, census records, family members, etc. After spending time in the military in California and the Philippines, John left the Army in Hawaii in 1912.
