Sept.29,1898 and he died in Duval County Fla. 1965. When i found your reply i felt that the dates where close enough for them to be related as brothers or close cousins. I have his Social security number and have not found any matches yet.I felt that since they where also in the same general area (States) and cities, that the likely hood of them being related was great and he was also part Indian.
