FORT MYERS NEWS-PRESS, Nov. 6, 1966--Freida S. Oxley, 89, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 4, at her home in Fort Myers, where she has resided with her son-in-law and daughters for the past two years. She was formerly at Baskin Ridge, NJ and Jersey City, NJ. Ms. Oxley, wife of the late Henry Oxley, is survived by her sister, Edna Pflaum of Phippsberg, Maine, her sister-in-law, Emily Schiller of Jersey City, NJ, two daughters, Elizabeth Langston of Ft. Myers and Marilyn Collins of Palm Coast, FL, 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. A memorial service was held Saturday evening at her home in Ft. Myers.
