It says he was the publisher of the "Boca Beacon". That is the only Fraser and the only time mentioned. There is, however, an Elmer Johnson who is one of the "Fisherfolk" interviewed for the book. He is the son of John Frank "Hub" Johnson and the grandson of Frank Johnson and Mary White "Molly" Whitten. There are several Johnsons who graduated from Boca Grande High School throughout the years.
