Cox and Jennie Savage. Blanche died in childbirth with their son, Edward R. Jenny. Edwin later married Mrs. Bessie Hadden Santini and was murdered a few months later. Rudolph Jenny was born in Switzerland. His wife, Agnes was born in Germany. Their children were Peter R. Jenny, Annie R. Jenny, Edwin C. Jenny, Carrie Gretchen (mrd Walter E. Hutchinson), Lucy Emma Jenny (mrd Jesse P. Ellison), Marie C. Jenny, Dora C. Jenny and Alma Louise Jenny (mrd Ralph Leonard McWilliams).

Mr. Vath had been in ill health for nearly two years. He is survived by his father, Louis Vath, a brother Joe and four sisters, Mrs. Anna Sheffield, Mrs. Ephrien Naught of New York, Mrs. Stella Poole and Mrs. Morris Welzel of New Orleans. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. The body is in charge of Lawrence A. Powell, Inc. FORT MYERS NEWS-PRESS, January 24, 1990 Born in 1900 in a small wooden house off Old Bayshore Road, Ida Mae Vath's longing for a simple country living kept her in the rural Fort Myers area all of her life. Mrs. Vath died Saturday after a brief battle with cancer. She was 89. A quiet, gentle woman, she was happiest growing vegetables in her garden, making her own can syrup and, most important, caring for her family. "When we were growing up, we never went to the store," daughter Geneva Dyess remembers. "We had our own garden for vegetables and Daddy would kill about two beefs a week for meat." Mrs. Vath prided herself in the closeness of her family. "We had a good simple family life. She taught us the meaning of love, respect and together-ness," Dyess said. "What we learned from her we passed onto our children." Throughout her life, Mrs. Vath worked at several jobs, including the Shell Factory in Bonita Springs before it burned and was rebuilt in North Fort Myers. "When I think of her, I just think of lo! ve," Dyess said. Mrs. Vath is survived by her husband, Joe Vath, three daughters, Elouise Guinn, Jannie Acuff and Geneva Dyess, all of Fort Myers; two sisters, Beaulah Lowe and Stella Burdett of Punta Gorda; 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Services for Mrs. Vath were Tuesday at Anderson Funeral Home. She was buried at Fort Myers Cemetery.

Eblin; a daughter, Mrs. Janice Clark; son-in-law, Lee H. Clark; a brother, Fred Hager of Ft. Myers; 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by a son, George Eblin. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson Funeral Home, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd., with Rev. Steve Barnett, Pastor of Russell Park Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11 a.m. until time of service. FORT MYERS NEWS-PRESS, Sunday, February 12, 1995--Delmer E. Eblin, 77, of No. Ft. Myers, died Thursday in Cape Coral. A native of Marion, Ohio, Mr. Eblin came to this area in 1964 from Columbus, Ohio, where he retried from the railroad. He was preceded in death by his son, Benny Eblin, in 1985 and then his first wife, Dorothy, in 1986. Survivors include his wife, Martha Eblin of No. Ft. Myers; his daughter, Janice A. Clark of Franklin, N.C.; his three sisters, Catherine Hatton of Columbus, Ohio, Margurite Travis of Johnstown, Ohio, Mary Ann Pumphrey of Circleville, Ohio; his two brothers, Clarence Eblin of No. Ft. Myers, Frank Eblin of Columbus, Ohio, 9 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel with Dr. Jasper W. Smoak, pastor of Central Baptist church, officiating.
