    1. Train info (The "Geneva Train") to Graceville
    2. I also would like information on this as it sounds interesting.....Betty Subj: Train info (The "Geneva Train") Date: 10/22/98 12:30:18 PM Eastern Daylight Time From: SBAHN@aol.com To: FLORIDA-L@rootsweb.com I'm trying to make my family history come more alive by adding historical tidbits. I would love to have a picture of the "Geneva Train" which played a role in the Butler County, AL history and ran to Graceville, FL. The train in which I am interested in having a photo of was the steam passenger train that ran from Georgianna, AL to Graceville, Florida until about 1950 or so. I am mainly interested in the engine. The railroad line was a spur of the L&N. The train was also called "the Geneva Train" by those like many who lived on the "main" L&N line between Montgomery and Mobile. The train for some years actually went on to Montgomery. Thank all of you in advance for helping with this. S. H. Bahner sbahn@aol.com
