I am trying to find information on Tom Allan who lived in the Allanton area in the early 1900's. I have found out that although Allanton is now in Bay County it was previously part of Calhoun and Washington counties, which were also split into from Gulf and Liberty counties. In the tract book, I have found some Allen families, and they are in the same dates, but different spellings, but in all of the counties I've encountered the same spellings. So maybe my spelling is wrong. What I would like to find out is information on Thomas C. Allen I found in the marriages, who married a Annie Bass on 9/9/1918.
