    1. [FLJACKSO] COURT FILES
    2. Larry: THADDEUS D. VANHORN and other heirs of the late DANIEL FAUST petition the court for assistance in dividing the estate. FAUST died intestate, leaving seven slaves and property for distribution among his children and widow, MARY ANN, who was appointed as administratix. The petitioners argue that OSBORN should not be managing any property, "least of all-negro slaves to whom he has proven himself a cruel and unnecessarily severe master." VANHORN further complains that MARY ANN OSBORN has been named trustee over property included in a deed of settlement between VANHORN and his wife, petitioner MARY ANN VANHORN. The petitioners assert that MARY ANN OSBORN is an unfit trustee judging from her mismanagement of FAUST's estate. They petition the court to remove her as trustee and to order a full account of the FAUST estate accompanied by an equitable distribution of the property among the heirs. 1846 #20584609 DAVE FOREHAND ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol.com
