Seems to me like this would fall under the heading of advertisements and maybe some of these establishments would be willing to sponsor the Jackson webpage in exchange for the advertisement. Then again, would it be an all-inclusive list? Would some businesses say we were being un-fair by not including them? Would the "short reviews" be written by experts or by someone who just had a bad experience? Would the GenWeb people be liable for any "problems?"
