I recently began using ancestry.com and found the following obit, as listed in the Dothan Eagle, 10 October 1908: ========= Buried at Bulah [sic] Church The remains of Mr. Lud Turner, who died at his home in this city rather suddenly Thursday evening, was buried at Bulah church yesterday evening. Mr. Turner left a large family, but fortunately for them, he carried several thousand dollars life insurance for their benefit. =========== Ha!
