I'm looking for my birth mother's grave some people say she is dead but they don't know where she is buried and they have no death certificate or obituarie. There is a concrete slab next to Hardy Hallford he is my grandfather could that be my mother Willie Joyce Hallford. If you don't know for sure how could I find out.
