Cemeteries fall under the Division of Banking and Finance, in Tallahassee. It is my understanding that it is against the law to desecrate graves, modern or old. This is sickening to be destroying someone's ancestors in this way. I do hope the Judge upholds the law to protect any and all graves and makes those who have destroyed these to restore them to a condition better than before.
