Dale, I do not know if Dr Butler is connected. My GGgrandfather Dr William Yarbrough and family is on the 1850 and 1860 Jackson Co census. They had a farm on the west shore of Lake Seminole. The family removed to Bainbridge Decatur Co GA per 1870 census. William's son married a Sarah D. born 1846/47 FL before the Sep 1870 census. I am trying to learn her maiden name which could be Butler. It also might have been a Sarah Jenkins. My Yarbrough's, Foote's, Abney's, Dillard's, Butler's are tied together from VA>NC>SC and I suspect in FL. There were many marriages between cousins. my gggg grandfather Moses Yarbrough's step daughter Behethland Moore married the Rev War Capt (later Gen) William Butler (1759 VA - 1821 SC).
