    3. I'm so sorry to hear about your sister! My prayers go up for you and your family. I know depression can really get you down but, please, keep your genealogy interest going so you can record all for future generations. Your sister is singing with the angels and having a wonderful and glorious time! I know your memories with her will help you get through this though. The depression comes from knowing we won't be making any more memories but "Praise God" we still have the ones we've made already. Nobody or nothing can take that away from us. Genealogy has been a crutch in depression for me. It keeps me going and keeps me from going under for the third time. I know how hard it is to focus sometimes but keep trying and we'll keep praying. I've fought depression just about all my life. I'm moderate manic depressive personality. Winter is the worse time because we don't get enough light but turn your eyes toward Jesus, who is our eternal light. He will help! Sometimes, it takes a little longer than we want it to but He will win out in the end. Just keep singing those Praise Songs! A melody in the heart is the best medicine.
