    3. Max, I don't think the French girls were siblings. Lydia was the daughter of Robert Emanual French (b. bet. 1784-1794 and d. 1829) and Elizabeth Leavins (b. 1798 and d. 1879). They had three children that I am aware of: Candace (b. 3/15/1820) Lydia (b. 10/2/1823) and Michael (b. 1828). Does anyone have any different information? Elisha/Elija Leavins 1813/Ga-1894 that married Lydia French 1825/Ga-1917 And Richmond Leavins Jr. 1821/Ga-1906/Fl that married 1845/Fl Sara Jane "Jency/Ginsy" French 1829/Ga-1908 I think the two Leavins are half-brothers by father Richmond Leavins b. abt.1787/NC, but what about the French girls?
