Baker, Barfield/Barefield, Baxter, Brett, Carlisle, Dukes, Faircloth, Futch, Henderson, Hinson, Jenkins, Jones, Kirkland, Martin, McCoy, McMillian, Miles, Miller, Palmer, Parker, Pate, Pelham, Peterson, Prevett, Pridgeon/Prigen, Pynes, Redmon, Shultz, Smith, Stagner, Tool/Toole, Waters, Williams, Woodall/Woodell/Wooddell, Worley, etc. Not necessarily looking in that order.     3. Janice, I am also researching Williams. My father's family is Williams from Holmes County. His father was Joseph and mother was China Williams. Sound familiar?     3. I don't have a Joseph Williams in Holmes County. I have one in South Carolina. My husband's lines are: Andrew Elton Williams married Martha Brett Mary Ann Williams married Samuel J. Miller.
