Unfortunately I cannot confirm Effie's place of rest but I thought this might be an interesting tidbit of info you if you don't already have it. If you go to this website: http://dlis.dos.state.fl.us/barm/Pensionfiles.html Confederate pension application files for Florida soldiers are available online as pdf files (requires adobe acrobat reader plugin). Do a search for the surname Taylor. I think on around the 11-12 page of search results you will find two records for a Z. Taylor. Zachariah filed for a pension, and later on Effie filed again. Within the pension records is their marriage date, witnesses of the marriage, who married them, and information on the dates of their deaths. Thought it might interest you.
