A part of the news clipping that I found. The date says 27 Feb. 1947 Tampa Tribune. I'm putting on the list for any one researching G.P. Moseley side. A former Tampan who left here 15 years ago to live in England was back yesterday on a belated visit, with a British accent and a Polish wife. He is P. Harley Moseley= Percy Harley Moseley, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. P. Moseley,=George Preston Moseley of 4006 Linn Ave. A native of Tampa, Moseley delivered The Tribune as a boy, and later attended the University of Florida. "I left the University of Florida to go into the Army, as did a number of other Tampa boys at that time," Moseley said. "In Europe, I was transferred to the Paris Peace Conference, and later returned to Washington to join the State Department." After several years foreign service, Moseley resigned from the State Department to enter private business in England. Moseley's wife, though Polish, bore the Irish surname of O'Rourk. Her ancestors fled Ireland during the time of the Stuarts and went to Poland, where they lived until the start of World War II. Now her grandmother, Countess O'Rourk, is back in Ireland, and the once large estate the family had in Poland has been confiscated. This is not the hole news paper clipping but it will show where Percy Harley Moseley went to from Tampa. I also think that he died in England. I found all the letters that he wrote to my Grandmother. They came from all over the world. Happy Hunting For Your Ancestors, Russell Hummerick
