Also, there is no listing in the Florida death index for any Hipp that died in 1985. There are a few county clerk recordings for Paul Hipp's in Florida. None for Hillsborough County. If you know his middle inital, that might help? If you are fairly sure that he did pass away in Florida, you can request a death certificate from the state.
