For the Burgert Brothers photographs at the Tampa public library: http://www.thpl.org then click on "catalog." Here you can do a keyword, subject, or title search, and under "Type of Material" you can restrict it to Burgert Brothers photos. The catalog entry will link you to an image, but with a watermark. Reprints may be ordered through the library. For University of South Florida Digital Collections http://www.lib.usf.edu.ldsu/index2.html and http://cdm.lim.usf.edu (for images). They have many more images in the USF-Tampa campus Special Collections department and you may want to contact them directly. For the Florida Photographic Collection http://www.floridamemory.com/PhotographicCollection . This is a statewide collection, but with 128,500 images online, you might find what you want. On the Tampa Tribune's website http://tampatrib.com there is a box in the lower right corner with links to information on Public Research and Photo Reprints. With all of these online searches, I have the best results when using a variety of terms in addition to just the building's name. I recommend searching for former and subsequent names of the restaurant, the address, the street name, the owner's name, and what ever else you can think of. Sometimes buildings are in photographs incidentally, if it is a picture of the general neighborhood, or perhaps the building next door. I hope this helps! Lucy D.
