the taking of any testimony was closed, and that all notice of filling of the Master's report be waived- seems everything came down to brass tacks, it says immediate hearing before the honorable Harry N.Sandler, both parties agreed- this is the final decree - book 240 page 80 no blanks - they both went in and just did it- This is why I think they may have already known Anna was sick- - never found where they married- she was born in Pasco - lived in Tampa area, met her husband in Tampa and I think if the photo I have is of her and her husband,he was in the service- William H.Bass - was his name ----- Original Message ----- From: "Sue Bodishbaugh" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, June 10, 2007 2:37 AM Subject: [FLHILLSB] QUESTION > Was that the final judgment for divorce or the petition for divorce? "Closed" or "sealed"? It may be that a family member can apply to have that unsealed. I agree with you. It does sound they knew she was sick or dying. Took some real string pulling to get that done quickly back then. Someone had friends in the judicial system.
