Hello, List: I know there are some SAFFOLDS living in Hillsborough County. It is my understanding this SAFFOLD family left Moultrie, Georgia during Reconstruction because of problems with carpetbaggers. One of the brothers was named Richard R. SAFFOLD. Although we don't yet know their connection with my husband's line, I would like very much to hear from any of the descendants.
