ELIZABETH LEGGETTE (b.3/1/1856 -d. April 19 1934) 22 Jan 1871 in Levy Co., FL. A land patent in Sumter Co. (Application 9403; Homestead certificate 5797) was issued to Gipson Nix on 22 Nov. 1888. I believe their children to be: WILLIAM NICKS b. Oct 11, 1872 JOHNNY WATSON NICKS b. 10/30/1875 JESSIE LENARD NICKS (b. Jan 18, 1878, Marion Co., FL,) married Emma Lee Garner, dau. of Emory C. Garner and Cynthia A. Lanier Jessie worked for Harper Lumber & Mfg. Co., Plant City, FL SAMUEL (Samual) CURTIS JOHNSON NICKS 9/27/1880, Levy Co, FL NETTIE NICKS 1883 LULA NICKS Sept 18 1884 CHARLIE EDWARDS NICKS 8/26/1887 CISCERO NICKS May 15 1870 (1890) MATTIE O'NEAL NICKS Oct 26 1894 LEVEDA NICKS b. Sept 8 1895 JENSEN E. NICKS b.15 (16) Oct, 1898, Gulf Hammock, Levy, FL In addition, My Aunt transcribed these names from a cemetary in Plant City. Unfortunately she didn't give me the name: C. E. Nicks and Minnie C. G. and B. Nicks Clarence B. Nicks Charlie E Nicks Allie E Nicks (possibly wife of Charlie E. Nicks) Rev E. E. Nicks Irene Nicks William Ciscero Ida
