Researching the name Knight as it relates to a Fay Bridier Knight who was born in St. Augustine in 1888 and in 1907 married a Edward J. Knight of Tampa and returned to Tampa and had a grocery store in Ybor City. Fay Bridier Knight died in Tampa in March of 1974. Mr. &Mrs. Knight had a daughter named Dorothy. There is a museum down in Ybor City. Its nationally recognized. If nothing else, they might have the location of the grocery store and possibly a picture of it. Or, they might be able to direct you to an archive/resource that could help.
