Joan, Woodlawn is "maintained" by the City of Tampa Parks Department. Maintenance consists of mowing the grass when and if there is time. They cemeteries have low priority. Woodlawn is an older cemetery and is pretty full. I'm sure there are still some spaces left, however. There isn't any single funeral home that would be a primary user. I hope that gives you some perspective.
