Fernandez, Candido, age 34, kills sweetheart, Jovita Perez, then kills self on 24 Sep 1901. Buried Woodlawn TWT 26 Sep 1901. (the ages don't match on these two articles but must be the same person) Juan had a brother Candido age 19 in the 1900 census was born in Oct 1881, which doesn't coincide with the dates on the articles either but errors have been seen in newspaper articles before. Possibly the Woodlawn Cemetery is indeed the correct location and not Colon. Possibly the death certificate is in error.
