Dorothy Elizabeth Cogland Services for Dorothy Elizabeth Cogland, 58, are at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2001, at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Dr. Julian Pipkin and the Rev. Lee Waller will officiate, and interment is in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Active pallbearers are Clyde Hudson, Butch Hudson, Mike Kitchens, David Kindred, Rudy Thompson and John Godwin. Mrs. Cogland died Thursday, June 14, at Archbold Hospital. Born Sept. 9, 1942, in Tampa, Fla., she was a daughter of Bessie Coffee Cox and the late George E. Cox. She was married to Tom D. Cogland, who preceded her in death. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her mother, Bessie Cox; sons and daughters-in-law, Greg and Melissa Cogland, Gary and Lisa Cogland; daughter, Angie Cogland and Jeff Hurst; brothers, Earl Cox, Edwin Cox, all of Thomasville; grandchildren, Matt Cogland, Marc Cogland, Chelseyn Cogland, Tabatha Hummel, all of Thomasville; and special friends, Darla and Durmon Bentley of Thomasville.
