Hi Kathy, Here is the info I got from Leslie Maddocks. It is from the Hillsborough County, Florida Cemetery book 1840-1985, Vol 6, p. 292. Anything you can do would be wonderful. My Murphys were involved with the Robles at the early inception (1870s and 80s) of two schools there....Livingston Ave and Nebraska Ave. One was originally called Pleasant Hill, a private school, and one called at the beginning the Robles/Murphy School. Here is the cemetery info below. The Billings was their daughter, who died young, and the others were named Murphy. Rev. Dabney Murphy was principal of the Pleasant Hill school, and he taught Greek and Latin there also. Gee, I would love to have known that old Irishman. Again, thanks for whatever you do.
