Also, be aware that there is a wonderful little genealogy library packed with Plant City (and should have some stuff on Dover) history on Collins Street. On Saturdays, they are open from 1-5pm. They are in the old Plant City Community Center, I think it was called. Wonderful people run the place, and they are ever so helpful. There is a Dover Cemetery behind Dover Baptist Church on Gallagher Road - according to the Hillsborough County Cemetery book, there are no Regan's in that cemetery. But the rural areas out there do have more cemeteries that they might be in. Have you tried an online search to see if there was an obit for them? You can do that through the internet at the Tampa Library online web site.
