Looking for any information on a Spanish painter named Antonio Luis, who while in Tampa, was commissioned to paint portraits of family members of the Fred Woods family. Not sure of the year, but I suspect it was between 1940's and 1960's. According to one source, Antonio Luis' wife was a "del Valle". Antonio painted the del Valle coat of arms from memory of the original coat of arms in stone at the del Valle home in Spain.
