Does anyone on the list have any idea where a person might look for a birth record for someone born in 1927 Hillsborough Co. ? it is not in Jacksonville- on the application for marriage filled out by my parents-my dad states that he was born in Plant City,Fl. but no record of his birth has been found-His name was William L. (Lodwick) Heathcoe his father was William L.Heathcoe middle name may have been Lee or Landwick- dads mother's name(maiden) Mary Elizabeth Williams/Lee/Heathcoe -they had lived in Avon Park,Fl. and may have been in Plant City for work or visiting the son of the elder William - the name of the son who lived in Plant City was Harvey Lee Heathcoe lived on Heathcoe Road - and thus Mary went into labor and my dad was born and no birth record has been found- Is there a place where a birth record may have been kept at this time in date of 1927 ?
