Does anyone know of a car wash that is or was across from a mall on Fowler Ave.in Tampa- if so -do you know who owns or runs it now- I am looking for the possability that a man named Bass and his son may own this -I am hoping this is the Bass line I am seeking- Thanks -Peggy
