I'm looking for my ggrandfather, he was listed on the 1880 census in Franklin County Florida. William Henry Roberts and Mary E. Roberts, son A. W. Roberts. Another son was born to them after that, William Walton Roberts. At some point they moved to Hillsborough County. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Janie Bartels
My ggrandparents were listed on the 1900 census as living in Hillsborough County, Florida. Their names were Thomas Calvin and Annie E. Floyd (Arnold). They had five children, Nancy Ada, Jessie, Calhoun, William Eston, and Vivian. Occupation was listed as grocer. I know where all the children ended up except for Calhoun. He served in W.W.I but I don't know what happened to him after that except he returned to Hillsborough County. As for Thomas and Annie, I know they were married in Hernando County and all children were born there. Don't know when they moved to Hillsborough. Annie died sometime in 1901 but don't know when Thomas died. Any help would be appreciated. Janie Bartels

Yes, there is an 8-volume set available at some libraries. I don't remember the exact title, something like "Hillsborough County Cemeteries". It's available at the Tampa Public Library, at USF's library, and at my local Manatee Co. public library. It is arranged by cemetery, then alphabetically by the person's name, and gives dates of birth and death. If there is a particular person you're looking for I can check for you.
