    1. [FLHILLSB] 1910 & 1920 census lookup: STANFORD
    2. White, Janet
    3. Does anyone have ready access to the Hillsborough Co. Census for 1910 & 1920? I'm looking for anything that might show where Lillian STANFORD may have been born/raised. She was probably born 1902-1907. She was married in Hillsborough Co., 1927, but whether or not she lived there or had family there is unknown. I would appreciate any help. Thanks, Janet >

    1. Re: [FLHILLSB] thomas jefferson high school
    2. I am not sure of the date but I don't think Jefferson was around until the 40's or maybe even the 50's. During the 20-30 there were only two high schools in Tampa, Hillsborough and Plant...a tremendous rivalry. Here is the web site http://www.sdhc.k12.fl.us/~jefferson.high/ there is a very active alumni association. They had a reunion not long ago at the old gym which is now owned by the Salesian Sisters and operates as the Salesian Youth Center Boys/Girls Club.

    1. [FLHILLSB] Martha AYERS; 1830-1858; Ichepuckasassa, Hillsborough County
    2. Bob Lehto
    3. Roll call. Searching for information about my wife's great grandmother, Martha AYERS, born 1830, probably in Florida, died 1855-1858 probably in Hillsborough County, Florida. One family tradition states that she was the wife of a Native American, perhaps Cherokee. Another family tradition states that she was a Native American (Seminole?) and was born in a village at the north end of Lake Hancock, Polk County, Florida. She may well have been Creek. She had two children, Martha, born 1848, and Maxfield, born 1850. In the 1850 census for Hillsborough County, Florida, she was living in the Ichepuckasassa Settlement with her new husband, Christopher ZEBENDON and the two children. Any help would be much appreciated. For list owner; Please include me on the research page for the surnames AYERS/AYRES and ZEBENDON. 1. [FLHILLSB] County clerk
    2. Hi List, Last week I was able to get on a website and find a scanned death certificate for my ancestor Roosevelt Graddic/Grattic who died in Hillsborough. This was found under public records on a county clerk website where deed and probate records are listed for the last 10 years or so. I thought it was the Hills site, but now I see there is a subscription fee. Anyhow, I misplaced the site information nd I wonder if any one has done similar research and can direct me to the correct website. Thanks
