there is a Pual William Hipp - listed for Fl. death index-ancestry- as died in 1991 Lee Co. Also, there is no listing in the Florida death index for any Hipp that died in 1985. There are a few county clerk recordings for Paul Hipp's in Florida. None for Hillsborough County. If you know his middle inital, that might help? If you are fairly sure that he did pass away in Florida, you can request a death certificate from the state. There is a Joseph Hicks but you need to be sure it is the one you want. With that information you can use interlibrary loan to get the obituary. When you give the library the excat article you are looking for they have always come through for me. They will not due to the time invloved do you research for you however. Contact YOUR library's interlibrary loan department and go through then to get it from Hillsborough library for free. Remember you MUSt be exact with your information. This is from the Trails index.
