Olmsted of the second part, both of the County of Alachua and Territory of Florida Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Dollars paid to the party of the first part before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Do grant Bargain, sell and deliver unto the said party of the second part and by these presents do grant bargain and Sell unto the said party his heirs and assigns forever All that certain Lot of land designated as lot number Seven in Block number four Range number one on the plan of the Town of Newnansville as filed and existing in the Clerks Office of the County Court of Alachua County Aforesaid. Hi List... Thanks to Mitch Sapp... I have a copy of the 1935 Gilchrist County State Census to transcribe. I have a few pages online already.
