I noticed that you are researching the McKinney/Howard lines. Is this by change the Howards of Lafayette, Dixie, and Taylor County? I am researching William B HOWARD who appeared on the 1860 Census of Lafayette County, with his wife Phebe, children Seaborn, William M, Frances, John, Charlott, and Wesley. They arrived in Taylor County about 1857, from Alabama. I am a descendant of William M. Howard who lived in Lafayette and Dixie County. I think I can probably work up something for you about David Sandrers' descendants in Dixie County. (I'm related to 'em.) Mildred Sanders was my great Aunt(I think) (married to J.B.) Since I'm more into the "McKinney/Howard" line I can't tell you too much except that JB had ALOT of boys,too...I could put you in contact with the CURRENT David Sanders if you like. He'll undoubtedly know more than me. Kathy McKinney Sue Ann Sanders wrote: > > Hello, > > I'm researching my Sanders family line. Dear sir: I am researching the Chisholm family originally from South Carolina, they were in Windsor, Florida by 1855, but not listed on the 1860 census. Since they were not listed on the census the had to belong to someone. I am trying to find any information on the Chisholm family. My grgr grand father was Edward Chisholm, sometimes refereed to as Ned or Ed, there were quite a few Chisholms listed with him on the 1870 census. If you have any information on this family please contact me at Zkai@aol.com. Thank you in advance. Antoinette
Hello, I'm researching my Sanders family line. So far, mostly in Florida, but also in Alabama and Georgia. - William Martin SANDERS (born in AL, died in Branford, FL) married Nancy Ann CREWS. a son - David SANDERS (b.1855 in GA, d. 1923 in FL, buried in Dixie Co, FL) had 3 wives - Mary Elizabeth WATERS, Florence WATERS and Maria CREWS. with these 3 wives, David had a ton of kids, all in northern FL. If you have Sanders relation in northern FL or southern GA and AL you may be interested in checking out my web page at: http://www.wisc-dtp.com/fh If any of these Sanders ring a bell, please let me know. One last thing, does anyone know if there's a mailing list for Madison or Duval Counties? Thanks, Sue Ann - ---------------------------- Sue Ann Sanders sasanders@wisc-dtp.com http://www.wisc-dtp.com Rootsweb Sponsor
