Hello List, My name is Deretha Elizabeth (Liz) Yon Gerlits and I was born and raised in Havana, Gadsden Co, FL. I was born in 1941 and went to the one and only school in Havana (at the time) between the years of 1947 and 1958. I am researching my family history and hope to write a book on it, also. My mother's family settled in the Havana/Concord (Coonbottom) area about 1825. Some lived in the different areas of the county...... Hinson, Quincy, etc. Listed below is my lineage.
