Have you tried looking in Decatur County? I have a James R. Owens there, much later, m. to Eliza Jane Brunson. She died early and is buried in the Brunson Family Cemetery but he remarried and may have moved back to FL. As I understand the family stories, he was from Gadsden. I would also like to hear from any Brunson/Bronson descendants in the area. I am from Isaac Brunson, b. 1808 in SC. Barbara
