Does anyone know who Wesley Owens was? He served in the Florida Militia in the Second Seminole War with my GGgrandfather James G. Owens. He was also with Stephen Owens in the same unit. In the first muster-in roll, Wesley is listed as a guard back at camp, which I take to mean perhaps he was younger. Wesley doed not appear on the 1845 voter list, nor is he a head of household in 1850 in Gadsden County. Maybe he moved. Can some body help me? Scott Owens
