My mother Kathleen Maher of Pensacola b 1898, told me her sister Inez Maher Bonifay played the piano for one of the theaters in Pensacola this was about 1910. Inez would watch the film and as mother said fake it. She would fit the music to the events on the screen. When sound track came Inez lost her job. I think she never forgave the film industry for that. Inez liked being,"The girl who played the piano for the best movies." Helen
