    3. Hi, Everyone has been so helpful on this list so I thought that maybe some of you might know the answer to this question that I received. If you can help Christopher, do reply to him at his e-mail address: Ramsesthepharoah@aol.com since he isn't a list member. 3. There is a collection of Alabama maps at http://alabamamaps.ua.edu/historicalmaps/alabama/1856-1870.html However, I don't think any of them will show Pine Barrens. According to a Civil War Pension application for my ggrandmother, my gggrandfather was killed between Pollard and Pine Barren Creek in 1864. Another witness said he was wounded at Pine Barren near Pollard and died at "The Fifteen Mile House" near Oakfield. I would be interested in knowing if there is a map showing more detail about Pine Barren or Pine Barren Creek. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ginny Deagan" <gdeagan@bellsouth.net> To: <FLESCAMB-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, July 21, 2004 12:19 PM Subject: [FLESCAMB] Re: Escanbia County map > Hi, > > Everyone has been so helpful on this list so I thought that maybe some of > you might know the answer to this question that I received.
