Duke , I think that Charles Rushing's property was next to Ben's and you are right, there was no Sr. or Jr. The family did that to distinguish which Benjamin Franklin Kersey we were talking about. We started out with Sr. and Jr. and it caught on. I do have a copy of the original deed. I got it from the BLM. No where on that property of Rushing's will a cemetery be listed , with the exception of what we were so graciously ( ? ) alloted back in the eighties. Thanks for the information, it is appreciated.
