    3. Lee, I may be able to answer that-----at the risk of sounding pessimistic, I dont think so. There may be some good reasons for that. I asked that question some years ago, and others have asked it since. The have said that it gives aggressive business folks an increased opportunity to "lean" on the relatives of the dead, by knowing who in the cemetery has a headstone, but NOT a death date. That doesnt make much sense when said that way---- In other words, when a person dies, and a headstone is in place, the spouse often puts his there, too. Now it puts him in a position of having "pre-need" arrangements, and he might fall prey to pests (of the two-legged kind) who want to take advantage of the pre-need arrangement. Additionally, it is a private company, and therefore, private property, unlike many cemeteries. They have a right to say NO, and the have said it to me and others! For whatever reasons. I respect that, even tho there was a time I would have loved that challenge! On the other hand, they are readily available (business hours) to find someone for you, I understand, and they have apparently gotten it all on computer themselves. So, if you are looking for someone, just call them. Matter of fact, call them to ask about having a survey done. That might be interesting, then we could see if someone would get it started!! ;=) How 'bout it, Ginny? ;=)) Has anyone in an official capacity asked lately? Donna? Their number is (850) 432-7805; 3351 Scenic Hwy, Pensacola, FL. OK, Lee? Evan R.
