He is burried in Block 2 South, Section 22 of St. John's Cemetery as are several others killed in the blast. I wonder if Newport secured the plots? Robert M. Hammack was born 30 Ded 1894 and died 2 Jan 1926 he is burried in the same plot. His brother Charles Hammack was born 21 Jul 1897 and died a day later on 3 Jan 1926.
