The news reports on TV indicate Gulf Shores and Pensacola were the worst hit ... especially downtown and the areas near the Bay. But trees were down and the hospitals (most of which are up around 9 mile road - 9 miles from downtown) had some damage. The wind was really hard to believe, as I watched the news reports !! Worse than Frederick when I lived in Pensacola !!
