The school you're looking for is in Atmore, Escambia County, Alabama. I remember Mr. Hodnette who was later replaced by a Mr. Black. I also remember the name of Vickery. One Vickery was the local 4-H Club rep. His sons (or so I think) was named Dug and Lou. Lou was known for his football skills.
