While looking for some inexpensive frames for pictures which have been accumulated in my house, one of those I bought had an Army Commendation Cert. I am all ready to send it to the Service Records Military Dept. in St. Louis MO. I have the address somewhere but cannot find it. Do any of you know the address? I'd hate to throw this out.
