    3. Maura, (and Phyllis, too) I've been doing geneaology around here for about 20 years and I love to help folks find their way around the local genealogy resources, and, invariably, it helps me, too. I make you this offer=== When you come to town, I'll be glad to meet you in the Public Library (WFRL) and spend some time with you getting acquainted with the town, resources, and eateries. The Society (WFGS) staffs the West Florida Regional Lib with great folks everyday, I believe---but they are there for a limited time each day. They WILL help you. Also, Dolly, of the regular staff is superb for help. It's a public place, safe to meet for new folks, and most any day, you can find enough folks to help you create a list of "things to do while you're here." (They are closed Sundays & Mondays. Also, easy to find---downtown, at Spring and Garden Sts. Usually always a parking place--free. Places to eat close by. And I have some expertise in cemeteries of the county! Feel free to call me when you come to town (or before, if you're planning well), I have a GREAT work schedule, with plenty of days off. We have a lot of folks here who like to help! Also, as anyone who knows me can verify, I KNOW places to eat! ;=) Feel free! Call me anytime. Or, email me privately.
