    3. From the moment we began to "weigh in" on John Jernigan's orginial question, I began thinking that there SHOULD be a way to allow us more seasoned residents to begin to reminisce as a group, submit several letters or papers of memorable places, events, or people from our earlier Pensacola---and , of course, the outlying communities---for me, it would be Navy Point and Warrington. An extension of this interest would be to submit stories, memories to be gathered and compiled for placing in our library stacks, or ....? There could be no end to these things, as we build on each other's stories. If we had our own board, each person could, of course, print out his own copies, and make his own book. Of course, we've learned from earlier reminiscing" on the boards, that the county Discussion Boards were not the place for us to reminisce and chit-chat, ad infinitum!! But I wondered like Cynthia, if a special board or venue could be made---JUST FOR OUR NEEDs. I've considered this in the past, but never noticed the interest we've seen lately! Wow! Vanessa has given us the road map, now we just need a Board Administrator--- Cynthia, do you have anything else to do in your life? ;=) How 'bout it, folks? Sounds like fun! Here's everyone's informal chance to express themselves! Good ideas, Jinx! Great Ideas! 3. In listening to the conversation about Pensacola memories, if all of you would like, I would be more than happy to put them on the Escambia County GenWeb page when you have them together and then they would be available for everyone to see. If they are done in MSWord, putting them into html is really easy! I wish I had some memories to add but being a relative newcomer - we came in 1968 I don't have much to add.
